"My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Tempe Hotel. From the staff and location to the cleanliness, breakfast, hot tub rooms—everything was truly 5 stars for us. When we first arrived, we weren’t completely comfortable with the room we had originally booked. Doug (head of security) was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure we were moved to a better room where we felt happy and comfortable. Thank you, Doug! Our mornings were unforgettable thanks to the amazing breakfast this hotel offers. The variety of options is outstanding, including a fresh, make-your-own omelet and waffle station, delicious fruits, and many other great food choices. Definitely get the breakfast package—it’s totally worth it! The breakfast server, Medfigue, was a wonderful surprise and a highlight of our trip. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Being greeted and served by her every morning was a perfect way to start our vacation days. Thank you, Medfigue, for your excellent service. Another favorite part of our stay was the pool and hot tub. The pool view is beautiful, and there’s even a scenic hiking trail right next to the hotel—an unbeatable location. "Everything was great—cleanliness, supplies, location, ease of check in, communication…The bed was hard, but I slept fine. You could hear cars and people right outside, but it’s a college town, so that’s to be expected. Perfect distance, walked to ASU everyday. Would recommend 100%."
