"The staff member that checked me in was outside on the phone when I arrived and as soon as I was checked in. I did not feel much warmth or as welcomed by them. The staff that checked me out was really warm and accommodating! The room was amazing. It was an overnight unplanned trip so I did not have time to use any amenities."

And spots and the speed bump are missing asphalt, which is exposing and L shape, metal steel rod all the way through the speed pump and when my car hit it and knocked a big gas rubber off the tire and bent the frame they also would not pay for that. So I contact Expedia not knowing that it was an AI. Promised to get us another room, but I had to pay for it for that night or not well as the time was 3:30 in the morning when she made the reservation, she made it for the following night, which would be checking in on the fourth after 3 PM. Which was no use in the skiing room because it would be pointless for us that night so most of the night we stayed outside because we were too scared to sleep and also concerned that some strange person has the master key"

"The floor throughout the room including the bathroom was nasty. It took forever for my shower water to get warm enough to tolerate. I heard people talking ALL night. People were hanging out all evening drinking and leaving beer bottles outside."

"The elevator is very slow and the room was small the room was weird the tv at the edge of the room which didn’t make sense to me and the bathroom door did not close you had to put a shoe to keep it close .. breaks fast was good "

"Overall a very good stay, comfortable bed and pillows, tasty egg bites at breakfast, close access to restaurants, gas, and a park with walking trails. "

"The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back."
