When the restaurant was closed for food orders, Rachel personally arranged room service so we wouldn’t go without, a gesture that perfectly captured her dedication and thoughtfulness. We also deeply appreciated the special New Year’s treats, which made the celebration feel personal and festive, as well as the joy of seeing wallabies roaming the property—such a magical and uniquely Australian touch.
