"Everything was fine for my stay. The first night I decided to have a late shower only to find the hot water tap wasn’t working . No shower that night nor the following morning. I was leaving the room early the next day and rang during the day and the taps to the shower were replaced promptly Rarely is there an issue when staying here as I have on multiple occasions "

"Parking was limited as open to the general public as well. Check in was done at the bar which was a bit strange. The sports bar was packed and quite rowdy but the other bar and restaurant area was lovely. The bedroom was dated and basic but very clean. We had an ensuite bathroom which was fairly new and spotless. "

"The Japanese restaurant was disappointing but I guess for Gosford it was ok.. The mattress and pillows are too soft, you sink after an hour or so. Loved the pool but it’s windy, I would recommend them to enclose it. You can only use it in summer really. The first room we got had cockroaches and they gave us another room in the middle of the night which was kind of them. I would recommend getting the bottom floors in case you get a false fire alarm like we did and have to run out the hotel at 10pm in pyjamas. I would like robes in the rooms especially for emergencies like false fire alarm. Loved the hair dryer and iron- nice touch . The aircon at night is really loud and there is no silence mode and there is no Flyscreens. It was hard to sleep I guess it was because of the 5G towers that are not far (across the road) Overall we had a good time and for the area I think it is ok. The best thing was the Nepalese restaurant that was walking distance, they had really nice food."

"Everything worked aircon hot water decent shower smoking allowed on balcony very friendly no noice when your doors closed close to everything . Pool out the back with a nice view restaurant on the premises plenty of parking and the management was fantastic, I will definitely be returning back soon. Thanks Debbie and Troy "

"Clean and comfortable accommodation"

"Old style facility, biscuits with tea. has a kettle, toaster and microwave in room. Tap hard to turn off (so dribbles). and seems to not have a high-temp set, nearly scolded myself in shower. Does seem to provide access to many streaming services, but some then stopped so not sure if timed. "

"I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. "
