Genial Fin de Semana.

Todo Muy Bien, la remodelación de las instalaciones quedó muy bien. Todo muy limpio y agradable, la atención del personal excelente. El único detalle es la conexión al internet, que era muy intermitente pero se solucionaba. Lo mejor, la comida, deliciosa y variada.

Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación y no le servía el aire, nos dijeron que todos los di rellenaban el frigobar, no sucedió….. nos dejaban la habitación sucia, muy mala experiencia la verdad, abren los bares después de las 11hrs y uno lo cierran a las 4 y el otro a las 6, la alberca también la cierran a las 6 de la tarde, no es un lugar que pueda recomendar. Lo único que vale la pena son todas las atenciones de los meseros/as. Muy amables todos y serviciales

Cuartos sucios, baños terribles, apestaban demás Dios, el cual apestaba el cuarto. La agua súper salada para bañar y lavar dientes, internet súper malo. Lo único bueno que puedo decir, es que el personal de restaurant y área de albercas son muy eficientes. Los de lobby no.

Some of the staff was rude, the property lacks of maintenance and renovation and the AC didn’t work properly in the entire complex which is super important for a tropical destination.

Experencia vacacional

Nuestra estancia fue corta ,el personal amable a excepción de algunas personas sobre todo en el comedor no te traían cubiertos se los solicitabas y te contestaban de mala gana diciendo yo se los llevó y no los llevaban tenías que estar insistiendo hasta que se dignaba a dartelos ojo (en una ocasion) tal ves no está acostumbrada o no le gusta trabajar bajo presión y eso que cuando llegamos a desayunar ya se veía más solo pero ella no había limpiado las mesas en fin son experiencias que no nos gustaría vivir porque como huéspedes no tenemos la culpa de su situación el resto en general muy bien está ves la recepción fue diferente mejoro mucho sobretodo respetaron lo que pagamos en hoteles.com
