Excellent hotel for a very low price. Parking lot with entrance right into hotel. No AC but each room has large fan and easy to open window. Beds are comfortable, TV easy to use with remote which has been a problem for us in other Mexican hotels. They get food delivered from another hotel restaurant, but we chose to actually go to that restaurant about 2 blocks from this hotel, which has a beautiful view of the San Francisco Church and surrounding plaza. The food is excellent. You can choose from mostly Japanese, but also from Mexican entrees and kids can order burgers with fries or very good breaded chicken. High quality food. Area around hotel is safe and clean with many stores. Friendly staff.

Great customer service. Hotel closes and locked it’s doors in the late evening hours and took over 15 minutes to have the night person open the front door to the lobby and parking

Perfect location super clean

Very clean and functional hotel
Functionality and cleanliness is everything when it comes to a hotel. The hotel was extremely functional, which cuts down on time getting ready. Bed was very comfortable with high end bedding. Room was very spacious, perfect size. Not all rooms have air conditioning though, so upon arrival we were asked if we preferred a room with AC it would be an extra cost for a room with AC. We did opt for that so we ended up upgrading and paying more (not a big deal because the additional cost was a reasonable charge). They have 24 hour garage parking which is super important and convenient. The hotel smelled very clean and pleasant at all times. Very happy would stay here again. If I did have to complain about something it would be that they don't have blow dryers, but not all hotels do. I didn't bring one so it was a bit of an obstacle. Also we left a cell phone behind, we called them after our stay to see if they could locate it, and they did! Very honest people. *P.S. If you read this hotel, invest in blow dryers it could make potential guest very happy!
