Stayed 5 nights. 1 night my room was not cleaned. I went to the lobby 2 days to ask for clean towels. At the time of check out, i was charged for a towel that was giving to me dirty. They said that it was make up stains, when I know that that the towels was giving to me dirty. Very bad ecperience!!!!

The Hotel is about three years old and very modern. The staff was incredibly nice. The complementary breakfast was greatly appreciated. it has a gym. We didn’t mind that it did not have a pool because we were there to visit relatives during the day. I would definitely recommend.

It is safe, the parking and rooms can only be accessed by guests. The only downside is they mention they have a restaurant but it is not operating yet, the "bar" only has water and lemonade available.

I liked the underground parking. Did not like my room facing noisy area. (Been there before and was not noisy. They knew this as they left ear plugs) Also silly to require small deposit for second key when required for lighting room AND use of elevator making it difficult for one person to stay in room while another goes in elevator.

The hotel is clean and staff great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the next room. Stayed 4 nights, two barely got sleep due to noisy guests. Staff did help and asked guest to quiet down.

Like the card entry access but needed 2 cards since one required for lights to stay on and for second it is required to leave $100 max peso deposit. Would highly recommend a microwave somewhere in the property such as kitchen or ideally lobby. The available hot water for tea in lobby is lukewarm and even in kitchen that offers breakfast there is no microwave!

Excelente hotel muy nuevo rodeado de restaurantes
Nuestra estadía en el hotel TH estuvo excelente. El hotel esta nuevo con todas las comodidades, lo mantienen muy limpio y ofrece un parqueo en el sótano con muchos espacios y alta seguridad. La ubicación perfecta rodeada de restaurantes y otros negocios convenientes. Todo el personal muy amable y atentos. Alto reconocimientos a los de reception, camareras, supervisoras, y en especial a las chicas del restaurante súper amables. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar en este Hotel.

Overall we were very pleased and happy with our stay. Location, cleanliness, amazing staff, free breakfast, etc.. Only a couple of down falls that I'm sure when we come back next year will be completed, was that their heater and air conditioner were not working due to the 3rd floor being constructed, and also, you could hear the power tools being used for the construction. Unfortunately we had to stay in for one of the days that we were there and it was impossible not to hear it. But like I said those things can be ignored with comfy warm Pj's if you are in need of a heater during the night and using the courtesy ear plugs provided by the hotel. We will definitely come back next year for our family visit.

Amazing stay!
Excellent place to stay, great location! All the amenities as promised. Only one problem, we were 4 adults in the room and they provided one card key only. You need the card key to operate de lights in the room, to use de elevator and open the garage door. Quite an inconvenience. Everything else was perfect!

Great Hotel in Tepatitlan
The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is not early enough for business travelers. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and downtown.

El hotel es nuevo y bonito pero considero que tienen varias oportunidades de mejora, el aire acondicionado no funcionó, ni el elevador el día del check out, y no te dejan realizarlo hasta que revisan las toallas, eso denota baja calidad del hotel no me parece que sea adecuado para la categoría que intentan proyectar.
