Nice hotel & stay

The stay was great but the breakfast options were awful. We paid for breakfast with the room. We were seated in a different room than the main cafeteria. The only food options available to us were precooked eggs in a green sauce, beans, fruit, juice & bread. The one egg available to me was precooked, rubbery & the green sauce it was in was weird tasting. I don't eat beans but i just had a small amount of fruit & a glass of juice. No other options available. Needless to say breakfast was awful. Walking back thru the other area i noticed there was a huge selection of foods to choose from. I was amazed at how It would have been better had we just paid for breakfast that morning. There is no need to separate the areas. Everyone should be allowed to have the exact same breakfast options. Other than the breakfast, our stay was good, everyone was friendly, room was clean & it was very quiet. We would stay here again but not with breakfast included with the room.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind, I was in and out, after several flights and I arrived to a lovely room with a lovely little terrace, checking in and out was super easy and a taxi was immediately called for me when I need it it with very little wait, wifi was reliable and fast

Parking was really good! Clean rooms, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff at the breakfast room (cooks and waiter)needs to be more attentive towards their guests. But overall it was a pleasant staying. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

We went to the Oyster festival. It was a great location. The event was walking distance. You don’t get the rooms that they advertise. We requested a different location and they move us. Location: Perfect. Staff: Great. Parking: Inside parking. Amenities: Great. Continental breakfast: Good. Rooms: Clean & spacious. The only down fall was we had no hot water, toilet seat loose & toilet tank water constantly running. Besides that, everything was great!

Everything was good, except the price of the breakfast was a little pricey. Because we invited some family members and they have to pay on their own. It was pricey.. They didn't have food and coffee have to look for the server so we can get our food. Before las Palomas it was one of my favorites now I will not recommend to my friend s n family members.
