This place is an absolute treasure! Everyone is super kind, friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks are delish and everything is reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are beautiful and well-maintained. Excellent!!!

El personal es amable, el club de playa es agradable, comida y bebidas bien, por nos tocó fallo en la luz por la noche, y pues se entiende que ya no depende del Hotel, como en todos lados en problema fueron los jovencillos ebrios gritones, peleoneros en los pasillos, y una señora igual gritona exigiendo que regresara la luz jajaja. El hotel está muy bien para disfrutar el mayor atractivo que es la laguna.

El lugar es bonito , la habitacion cuadruple que nos toco es pequeña pero bonita,comoda y la terraza con exelente vista al lago ,el servicio de todo el personal fue exelente nos divertimos mucho con las motos y lanchas acuaticas. Lo que podría mejorar es el servicio de internet , el elevador se traba mucho y en el restaurante los precios son caros para la calidad y las porciones que sirven deberian o bajar precios o mejorar la calidad y porciones de acuerdo al precio En general bien
