"Our room had the personal sauna which was amazing. Our balcony looked out over the mountains...it was such a amazing stay. The room was incredibly spacious and beautiful. I can't recommend it enough."

"Amazing property all the way around! Beautiful meticulous grounds, rooms, staff, meals, and amenities… all within walking distance of cable cars and funicular trains up to spectacular sights and hikes. We were visiting during the shoulder season… assuming that was likely the reason there was construction noise for road repair outside our window starting at 7am for a few days of our stay. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our time in Ortisei!"

"I wish they would it said something about doing the check in at the property, instead I had to drive to the next town to check in at their main hotel location. Cleaning staff was extremely loud early in the morning 7:30 am banging the vacuum cleaner and dragging the chair, making a lots of noise when they were cleaning above and next to my room. Unacceptable for a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful place in Italy."

"Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it. "
