"I had a truly delightful stay at the hotel. It appeared to be family-run, and every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, radiating a genuine sense of warmth and happiness."
"Wonderful stay in Tuscany at a family run villa. The service was exceptional and the food incredible, best of our stay in Italy. The pool was clean and quiet, and the location of the property was excellent for day trips. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! "
"Wonderful hotel to stay at. Amazing meals I would give it 5*. The hotel needs a little updating. A little TLC. I enjoyed the spa area but would have liked to see a nicer outdoor pool area Friendliest staff I have ever met. "
"We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."
"Parking was under construction. There was no backup for parking. We were asked to pay extra when the parking was included in the rates! Far from good restaurants. Room was comfortable. "
"We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our week long stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back."
"Hotel semplice ma dotato di tutti i comfort/servizi (bar, frigobar in camera, TV, ascensore, colazione, parcheggio, riscaldamento regolabile). Lo staff molto gentile, premuroso e disponibile. Comodo per raggiungere le varie destinazioni. "
"The people here are authentic and welcoming! The building, rooms and facilities are gorgeous! One of our most beautiful stays in our many trips to Italy "

Hotel I Due Cigni
10/10 Excellent
" A family-run small inn with multiple generations providing a true Italian country side experience. It is a lovely place with typical Italian breakfast. They served freshly baked sweet cakes, pastry, bread, some prosciutto and other cold -cuts. Our room was smallish, but had great views off the balcony, on the quieter side of the building, although there isn't much traffic on this side-street. There's free parking and also a lift making it accessible. It's very budget friendly, and a great location to explore the lower half of Tuscany from. Highly recommended."
"The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing."
"Onsite electric vehicle charging. Relaxing pool area. Family suite was very large. Owner was so nice. Breakfast was very good and restaurant next door was convenient as well as delicious."
"Very friendly staff and clean room. Good value for the price! I would not recommend the restaurant for diner. Restaurant prices are too high for the quality and amount of food on a plate compare to other option around the hotel."

"Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. "
