"The lobby itself was nice and clean, but once you get up the elevator you can see it’s not in best condition. From the walls to the floor. I stayed for 2 nights, upon opening the bathroom there were bugs on the floor. Grossed out but we came back from sequoia so we were too tired to care. The next day after our Yosemite trip we came back and our room key didn’t work, after that got figured out we saw that they came in to cleaned the room and after I didn’t find any bugs again. Idk I personally wouldn’t stay here again."

"There was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry all of our luggage to the second floor. What disappointed me most was the hotel's gift card promotion. When I called before my stay, I was told that I would receive a $25 gift card upon arrival. However, when I checked in, the gift card was not honored, and none of the staff seemed to be aware of the promotion. Even after checkout, the issue remained unresolved. The gift card was still not honored, and the manager did not respond to our messages. Surprisingly, about a month later, I received an email with a $10 gift card instead of the promised $25. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Advertising a promotion to attract customers through Expedia and then failing to honor it reflects poorly on the hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with false advertise."
