"Check-in was easy. Our cabin was clean and quite cozy. Everyone was friendly and the coffee cabana on the property had great coffee, options for breakfast, or an evening desert. "There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. And the worst part was that maintenance locked us out of the entry gate. We returned from dinner at 23:00hr, in the dark. Our taxi driver had to...

"This hotel is a standout in the area. Perfect location, easy and accessible parking, in-house dining, and the decor was outstanding. Room was spacious, had everything we could need for our stay. Our one issue was the same as many have noted in reviewes: the air conditioners don't seem to really work. The one in the bedroom seemed to sort of work, but definitely never reached the set temperatures, so we ensured we kept the bedroom door closed at all times to give it the best chance. The air conditioner in the living area responsible for the rest of the apartment definitely didn't do anything besides blowing room temperature air. At some points, it was better to open the patio door for the less warm outside air. This should definitely be looked into as it was pretty uncomfortable."
