"Hotel was spotless, breakfast + dinner buffets had huge amount of choice, views were unbeatable from our sea view room and the lobby, sauna + gym + steam room + pool were well serviced and clean. One main negative was that we were promised a takeaway breakfast via their WhatsApp service due to a 6am checkout, but on checkout we were told nothing had been organized, which was disappointing as we did technically pay for it."

"We had a wonderful stay in these clean and spacious rooms. A special mention goes to Ms. Anastasia at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Even when we arrived at 3 AM and struggled with the door, she was available via WhatsApp and resolved the issue immediately—truly exceptional service. She also helped us book a combo tour at a very fair price. The location is perfect, with a bus stop, restaurants, and shops all within a 4-minute walk. We noted a few minor maintenance needs, such as a loose kitchen handle, a broken toilet roll holder, and a boiler that required resetting for hot water, but these didn't overshadow an otherwise great experience."

"Its a basic hotel - if you are looking for a budget hotel then its fine but there isnt much to do and the breakfast is repetitive and limited. Our shower was also leaking into the main room so we had to use alot of towels. Staff are very friendly and provide great customer service."

"There was one double size duvet .Few thin throws . I asked receptionist to giveone duvet as my mum is old and she has diabetes. She was feeling cold they refused to give and they said just turn on the air -conditioner ,we don’t have any. She was uncomfortable at nights. The sink in the kitchen wasn’t clean . The cooker wasn’t working. Surprisingly they had used feminine pad on celling to stick the alarm . I have the video of it . We were in room 303. "

"The pool was not in use during our visit but was being made ready. The staff are very friendly, most with good English. The liase lady called Seda was great, nothing was too much for her. The hotel does have it's own restaurant but there are plenty of fine restaurants nearby, our favourite was Adanadayim just on the corner. Great fresh grilled food. The hotel also has 24/7 bar and a spar covering hair, nails, massage and Turkish bath etc."

"The room, 108, was comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the buffet style food. It was very tasty and the selection was excellent. Overall, it very good value for money."

"This is my second time and last time staying here. Simple things make the difference. Two tv’s and one remote. Why? Shouldn’t have to share remotes between rooms. Also, climate control for the room is controlled by the computer at the reception desk. Again, why? Each room has its own climate control remote on the wall of each room. Power is on and shows all symbols and changes, but doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk for them to control it from their computer. This is ridiculous and annoying."
