"Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great.
