"Staff was great (especially Christian) and very convenient for our purposes. Room was clean and very good. Exterior of property could use some work ( cigarette butts, weedy grassy area in front). Would definitely return."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. Room looked a bit dated, but it was very clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in. Only problem i would say is that there were no tea/coffee in the room. But it was available from the front desk. Breakfast was lovely too. Lots of places close by to eat, with easy access to the U to get into centre when going out sightseeing. Overall, i had a lovely time and would definately stay there again."

"Central Hotel is located on the U6 BVG metro line. Work is being done on the U Holzerhausen Station but there are frequent shuttle buses that take you to Kurt Schumacher station where you transfer from the bus to the Underground metro train. It takes about 30 minutes to get into town. The hotel provides a nice breakfast. There are about a dozen free parking spaces on the hotel property, on a first come first served basis. Free street parking is a backup plan if all the hotel parking spaces are occupied. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time in Berlin."

nice hotel just outside Berlin

"at first we are not happy that most of the 10 car spaces in front of the hotel were reserved (presumably for VIPs). After waiting for less than 30 mins we were able to find a space at the back street which is free. The breakfast is good, free icy drink, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24/7 outside the breakfast room is a bonus, especially in summer."
