"The property is pretending to be posh but cannot get basics right. Your booking considered as a room for one person, so your partner is the one who is charged for all additional extras. We only got one bath towel on arrival and no bath mat. Waited hours to be delivered. Coffee facilities had one coffee sachet, one green tea, one milk, and one sugar. Breakfast is a joke.
