Tetebatu Holidays

The property was in a very central position only an easy 5 minute walk to Kuta. Loved our pool. Rooms were very spacious. Staff friendly. Would highly recommended.

We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was disrupted by noise from a broken pipe, and breakfast was average. After the room change, we did not raise the remaining issues with staff, as we did not feel further complaints would lead to meaningful action. The property needs maintenance attention on the essentials. At this price point, guests will expect hot water, cooling, and quiet to work from the start.

Staff was really nice and clean rooms

This was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and incredible. Food was good. Views were fabulous. The only downside, which is no fault of the hotel at all, was the mosque blaring its call to prayer multiple times a day. Very very disruptive. It would make me question staying again unfortunately.
