Dormio Resort Maastricht

8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (163 reviews)
"Fabulous place and facilities - just wonderful! Only thing that I would have found useful to know prior to arrival is that you only get starter provisions such as shampoo, toilet roll & washing up liquid so if staying longer than a couple of days you will need to stock up on more of these."

Vakantie Zuid Limburg
Simpelveld
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (6 reviews)
"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"The location of this hotel was very convenient to the Vrijthof area bistros, shopping and part of Maastricht University. It was great being able to walk everywhere. The studio was very spacious with lounge, dining table and a kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom were up a steep staircase - slightly slippery and challenging for older people. There were also many stairs from the foyer to the room and, fortunately, the lovely staff helped me with my bags on arrival and departure. Overall, a great...

8/10 Good

You need to know that this hotel is part of a soccerstadium, together with shops, restaurants etc. So do expect large parkings surrounding the stadium and a lot of ‚superstores‘. If you can handle that it is a convenient modern hotel with a nice restaurant. The rooms are a bit dark due to lack of sufficient light fixtures. In my case the bulb of the main om ne was broken, and although mentioned at reception in the morning, it did not get replaced. Besides that, a good place for a couple of...
