"Staff was over there to kill some time. When our restroom overflown and flooded , her response , there is no maintenance but I can get you a plunger. Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. He was me asking for another from so that we stay in a clean room! "

"Overall I gave the rating of my stay 3/10. The staff’s customer service was decent however the hotel itself needs some upgrading. The elevators moved as if they wanted to break down every time they were called and the rooms were out dated. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain upon arrival and I had to call down to the front desk to get one. There were teenagers playing in the hallway at 1 something in the morning, screaming and running up and down the hallways to where we had to call for someone to make them stop. The next morning breakfast got ZERO stars from me when I say every single table was a mess! Nothing was refilled and there was no staff keeping the area clean at all. We did not have breakfast due to the uncleanliness of that area and checked out shortly afterwards. I have stayed at other Wyndam hotels before and never had this experience so I am highly disappointed."

"Stayed in room 110, roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the overall building was just dirty. Also there is no breakfast."

"The front office girl checking us in was the friendliest I've ever met, she was great. The room air was extremely stale and smelly, which usually subsides once the fans get going, but this room didn't change. Very patchy attempts at repairs and repainting. White doors very dirty around doorknobs."

"Ice maker did not make much ice. Did not receive the type of room reserved and wasn’t offered the difference in price I paid so I lost the money.No swimming pool was a negative. Room was clean and plenty of restaurants close by."

"Excellent. Newer hotel, clean and easy to get to. Parking on site and breakfast was great. Loved the Texas shaped waffles."
