"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room at Palm Bliss Hotel in Corpus Christi was filthy and unsafe. As soon as I walked in, I noticed serious problems. There were roaches in the room, cigarette butts and trash left behind, and even syringe tops/drug paraphernalia. There was also exposed electrical wiring, which is a serious safety hazard. The bedding was even worse. When I checked under the duvet there were bed bugs, spiders, and flies inside the sheets. It was completely disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned properly. These conditions made the room completely uninhabitable and unsafe, so I had no choice but to check out immediately. No guest should ever have to deal with this level of filth or safety risk. I strongly recommend avoiding this property."

"There was a severe shortage of towels. The fitness center and pool were closed. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor. None of the laundry facilities worked. There was the same dirty green shirt and trash in the stairs for the whole 6 nights that we were there. The breakfast was mediocre. Waffles were not always available. There was lude writing and scrapes in the elevator. Water pressure sucked and the water was not really hot. Check in took quite awhile due to long line with one person working the desk. We had to have our key reprogrammed several times during our stay. We had to ask for soap, toilet paper, and towels several times. "

"Let’s start with the good: The location is perfect, close to everything we planned to do: the beach, the aquarium, the Selena Museum, restaurants, and more. The room and bathroom were clean, and the gym and laundry room were a great size, which helped a lot since we have little ones. There’s also a game room area where the kids could play while we relaxed with our tea. I really appreciated the complimentary filtered water station; it made it easy to fill our bottles before heading out for the day. The staff was respectful and helpful, and our room service lady was incredibly friendly. Overall, the hotel still feels new and well-maintained. Now for the not‑so‑great: The breakfast bar is on the smaller side, still decent, just limited. And the water pressure in the room was pretty low. Even with those minor issues, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"Libby very clean, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. You can tell this is a newer property that is being well maintained. Breakfast was not to be taken out of lobby because of “critters” even though the room we rented had a kitchenette. I understand that food taken to rooms means lots of food wasted. Wish there was a little more variety at breakfast. "
