"I had a pleasant stay"

"Hotel fridge did not work so moat of my food for the weekend that i brought went bad ants all over the counter in the bathroom no water pressure when taking a shower most the lights just flickered places was kinda a mess."

"Upon check in the staff on duty was talking fast and mumbling and it was a little hard to understand him. The room was VERY spacious and very nicely appointed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was useless because they did not have utensils to eat any of the food, so we ate dry cereal out of the box and yogurt using the foil from the cover of the container. They never brought it out at all. The breakfast area is small. The location of the hotel was great, but the road out front was under construction at the time making access a bit tricky, obviously that is not the fault of the hotel."

"Place was amazing friendly staff that helped with an early check in since our flight was early. Breakfast was fresh it was an awesome thing to see Texas shaped waffles loved that addition. Parking was plentiful for the amount of people that seemed to be checked in for the cruises that were leaving out the next day. "

"To start with the girl at the desk had no idea about anything everything we ask her she told us she did not know i.e. what do they serve for breakfast? She said I have no clue. I work nights none of my concern second, our TV would not work. I explained to her that it would not work. She told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. She would come fix it. She came to our room. It was not fixable. Someone had unhooked the HDMI cable. She had to call her boss and work through it over the phone never apologize for being rude or for telling me I didn’t know what I was doing. Next thing we go to the swimming pool she tells us this hot tub is not working and the swimming pool is not heated so therefore we could not use the pool or the hot tub. Our bathtub was dirty. Look like someone had taken a shower in it right before we got there. The bed line still look clean. The room was stable, but it smelt like mildew. "

"Rooms were not clean!! Beds weren’t made, there was still food in the room from previous occupant. They switched rooms for us. Next rooms were no better. There were egg shells all over the floor from Easter ( a week before)!! STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED for this nightmare of filth! "

"Like full refund ASAP ,hurt knee on bed frame, dirty, lot construction ,and banging all night long very very sad on this property because it not bad location 😔"

"Clean room. Breakfast was just okay. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sasuage, bananas, cereal and yogurt cups and mini muffins. They also had bread for toast, but no bagles. Parking is limited, but we were able to find a spot without a problem. I guess they also allow for cruise parking as well, if you stay there. Staff was friendly and the front desk was able to get us a few extra pillows as the ones on the beds were extremely thin/flat. Overall, a decent stay. I would stay there again in a pinch, but the rate was extremely high for what the hotel is. The day we checked out, the rate reduced by over $100. That's what I get for staying on a Saturday night. LOL"

"The room was spacious. It definitely had a moldy smell and we had a big roach surprise us when we were eating dinner."
