"Upon arrival, I asked if I could check in early after traveling. The attendant was not friendly and told me no unless I paid a fee. I asked if the room was ready and was told it was not clean, so I left and went to have lunch. She could have been kinder. First impressions are impactful. I was not given the WiFi password at check in and my toilet did not flush well. It was ok for one night."
