"The hotel was beautiful but the bathroom walls and the shower curtain in doom 611 was dirty."
"I was a regular at the Sandman and ALWAYS loved each and every stay. However, in February I had one of the most horrible experience I had ever had there due to an out of control children’s slumber party being held in the lobby, which consequently led to children running up and down the halls all night keeping guests awake. After that stay, I said I’d never go back.
But I genuinely missed staying there and the amazing staff and amenities, so I gave it another shot this weekend for a staycation….and my faith in The Sandman has been restored!
I had the most wonderful stay! It was PEACEFUL, which was one of the reasons I initially fell in love with The Sandman Hotel. My room was clean and perfectly located. It was quiet and absolutely sublime! I now feel confident to return as a regular!"
"The property seemed very new. Our suite was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The family enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the hot breakfast. The front staff was friendly and gave tips on local restaurants and shops. Local area had plenty of dining options (especially Asian). We will definitely stay here again when we visit Frisco."
