"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience."

"The unit was clean upon arrival, but it was missing garbage bags which two days to receive, the toaster had one side out of four that worked could only toast one slice and rotate that same slice at a time. The shampoo and body wash left in main shower only nothing in other shower was used with a little amount left in them. TV in bedroom was internet only after I had to config the settings.
