"desde el inicio pésima atención, ni siquiera tenían la reservación, me dieron una equivocada, la habitacion descuidada no habia toallas, ni jabón almohadas durisimas las dizque cobijas rasposas. El personal no estaba disponible ni atento. tres veces me cambiaron el costo, no se ponen de acuerdo y no hay comunicación entre las personas encargadas de llevar las reservaciones en linea y los que atienden. Tenían descompuesta la terminal y no estan abiertos los accesos a las supuestas áreas libres....

"Like most, we came to Xico for quiet and relaxation from the city. There was a large family using the hotel for a family reunion. A DJ appeared around 9:00pm and they did karaoke with a speaker for a few hours. Car and hotel room doors shutting all night. I understand this is common but I feel the hotel should have done a better job of separating guests from the family reunion. Breakfast is excellent. You need to leave the property with a car for any other meals or drinks. "
