Great view from my room (which had a ''city' view) and balcony and from the roof top terrace. It is up the hill but still close to the river and most stuff that you want to see, The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. I would recommend.

It was a quite memorable and pleasant stay; I am satisfied with the service, the hotel, and the food.

Superb hotel with incredible food and helpful staff. Room was a little noisy on the corridor but the æsthetic was superb Having been to Tblisi before it’s a well connected neighbourhood and close to the touristic centre. It is tucked away so you don’t feel too amid it all Parking is hard(!) but that is part of Tblisi in the older parts

Very unique place, friendly staff, good location

We stayed at IDEA Collection by GINO Hotels from 8 to 10 October and were disappointed. When we arrived, our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet, which made it unusable. The hotel moved us to another room, but it had the same or a very similar smell, so the move didn't really solve the problem. On top of that, the new room faced the main street, and it was simply impossible to sleep. There was traffic and very loud music and partying outside late into the night, and the windows have no proper double glazing or sound insulation, so you hear everything as if the window were open. We weren't the only ones: other guests were complaining at reception at the same time we were. When we asked for earplugs, reception first told us to order them ourselves through Bolt. In the end they ordered them for us, but we still had to pay for two pairs ourselves. For the price, we expected a clean-smelling room and a decent night's rest, and we got neither. Our mistake was not reading all the reviews before booking, as others have clearly had the same problems. The hotel needs to fix its plumbing and soundproofing, and when moving guests because of a problem, give them a quiet room, not just whatever room is free.
