"Access to the resort from Thailand is quite difficult. Clearing immigration on Thai and Myanmar sides were lengthy procedures. The crossing from Ranong to Kawthung requires 4 control checks before reaching destination. For old people getting in and out of longtail boats can be quite arduous.
Asian guests with children are very noisy. They run in the hallways, slam the doors and speak loudly whatever the time of day and night. It seems parents have no control on their kids behaviour.
Buffet for breakfast were well appointed with excellent service.
Food quality for dinner was average. We expected better choice and taste.
Otherwise the resort is very well located, rooms with balcony well kept with mini-bar well stocked. Sunsets are somptuous. Staff is dedicated to make your stay the best possible."
