"I was very happy with the hotel. The roof restaurant unfortunately was not open, being renovated, but it was great to be able to bring pets, and my grandson really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast didn’t have much in the way of vegan options (no hotel does) such as no dairy milk, yogurt or cheese, but I keep requesting anyway."

"There were many amazing things about the staff. The staff at the Doubletree were awesome. Some they are the reason we will always come back to the Doubletree. The amenities were not as great most of them. We didn’t know where they were and the pool was closed. It’s kind of one of the main reasons you stay at certain places and the breakfast staff priceless. I will definitely come back strictly because of the employees and the customer service from the guest room attendance to the maintenance that fix our broken toilet seat. Awesome awesome staff."

"Nice place with very friendly and helpful desk staff. Showing its age a little, but still nice. The location was good for museums, but no place to get anything you might have forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no little bars of non-perfumed soap, and the liquid soap provided was not fragrance-free. The absolute worst thing was the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. It had very watery powdered 'scrambled' eggs, cold and greasy sausage, cold shriveled potato chunks, stale cereal, only sickening sweet CoffeeMate for coffee. The coffee was so weak you could see the bottom of the cup. The WORST thing was that the had the audacity to charge $10!!!!"
