"The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the bed cover was very thin ( so you get cold during the night. We were hearing people from the room next to ours and who ckecked in at midnight with a baby talking and laughing loudly through the thin walls and we couldn't sleep. We had to call the front desk 3 times from midnight to 1h30 and same problem. The table in the room was dirty when we arrived and full of fingerprints. Toilet blocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are so many other and way way better hotels in New York. "

"The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Great location. My only complaint is they charge a $35 per night resort fee. You can spend the resort fee at the hotel restaurants, but we were away from the hotel most of the time so it was just another cost. I wish they would ditch the fee. "

"Rooms are very small and uncomfortable. There's a small rack to hang clothes but not great. There is no space to leave the suitcase. The bathroom ammenities are almost non existing. The decor feels a little cheap. Overall bad hotel. Location is ok, Williamsburg used to be interesting, but now it's just so commercial and ugly. "

"Paint everywhere. I’m not sure if I was just having a rough day but when another guest said and I quote ahhh that’s the cheap paint , I’ve been painting for 30 years lol. They are constantly doing construction on the property and the same floor my family is on. It’s the closest hotel to my children’s school so I make it do I guess 😴"
