"This wonderful property, staff and location are the perfect spot for anyone who needs to stay in a trendy part of Brooklyn that’s safe, clean, comfortable and aesthetically appealing on a budget. I’m referring to Hotel 1080 (formerly Hotel RL) as “My Hidden Gem 💎” from now on!
I stumbled upon this property due to a family /work emergency that required me to stay in Brooklyn for an extended period of time and, thanks to EVERY STAFF MEMBER I encountered, my family and I were able to figuratively and literally “weather the storms” that occurred before and during my 12 day stay (from January 16 to 28, 2026)!
I’m getting emotional now, so I’m going to end this review right here before it gets too sappy!
