"The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). "

"Hotel and amenities themselves were great and made for a comfortable stay. A few things that really stood out was the private balcony overlooking the street with a clear view of Calgary tower. As well as having easy access to two different restaurants that were attached to the hotel. Room service from one restaurant is available for even more convenience.
