"Great hotel , even better staff"

"Location was great… staff inconsistent.. some very nice others nasty …breakfast was good but very pricey Room was VERY dark even with all lights on and curtain open… lighting needs updating "

"The pictures online are not up to date with the reality of this property. It's not very clean at all - the rooms were semi clean but the hallways, the elevators, and the common areas like pools were very dirty. "

"Check-in was easy and front desk staff were friendly. The ability to have a made to order breakfast was a great perk that we took full advantage of. The lady helping with breakfast was bright and cheerful each morning. We enjoyed her company. We also enjoyed happy hour each day. A great way to relax after walking all day. Valet staff were super nice and prompt. We arrived early before check in. Our bags were kept safe and car was securely parked while we enjoyed Charleston. Beds and linens were comfy. Hotel is close to all the city has to offer. This was our second stay here and will stay again when visiting Charleston. "

"Great experience , more than I expected. Awesome bartenders , there’s happy hour and a starbucks Cafe as well. 2 indoor pools , one covered , a mini pool, a lazy river and Super splash pad/water park! Only issue was the parking near the building for check in & Handicap it’s scares but front desk attendants were very helpful and courteous!"

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."
