"Very family friendly and busy resort. The staff go above and beyond to be accommodating. A reasonable priced option for exploring the Berkshires. The concierge was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the area and its history.
Note - some units are on the second floor and no elevators. They did offer to have staff help with baggage, etc."
"Hotel was clean and staff helpful and courteous. Hotel is a little tired (showing it's age) but I would certainly not hesitate to book a future stay."
"The stay was wonderful! Great staff! We were heading to Tanglewood and they provided directions that were excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet."
"Early check-in was greatly appreciated.
Outdoor sitting area was peaceful and breakfast was an excellent spread of breads, fruit, nuts, berries, etc.
Fixing the pool would is a must!"
"We had a good stay here. The suite was clean. The building was quiet. Management was responsive. We did find it odd that there was no front desk, and everything was done by phone, but perhaps that's the modern way. We would definitely stay here again."
