"my flight landed pretty late at night and i didn’t know the shuttle had to be called in . the front desk person was incredible and got me set up shuttle driver Bill arrived quickly and was so nice. i wish i could remember the front desk woman’s name but she was so kind to me check in was quick she noticed i was traveling alone and made sure i was safe. Room was spotless and very comfortable and they accommodated me with a late check out since i arrived pretty late. i will definitely be back!

"Outstanding staff - professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short walk from some of the best restaurants in Durham. The hotel lobby which serves as a dining area was packed on the holiday. Very clean, comfortable rooms; locally sourced toiletries and plenty of hot water. Five stars across the board and we look forward to our next stay.

"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "
