"Desk clerks were very friendly, recommended a great family restaurant nearby. The room was clean and spacious, sink outside the bathroom; this is great so one can be in the bathroom, and others can use sink at the same time. Window shades make it nice and dark for sleeping in the comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were very nice, we were also very pleased that they were open late. There is a huge slide that lands next to the pool, not in the pool, which is so much safer! The kids love it. We had a great stay."

"Exactly what I was looking for--a value stay in a clean place where I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Bathroom outdated (to be expected) but clean. Surprising ample amount of provided toiletries. Breakfast was the free classic hotel continental breakfast; nothing special but decent (they do have a pancake and waffle maker though!)"

"Was not too happy with the service after the concert Friday night. We were the first two people in there for about half an hour. ordered a pizza right away as we know it gets busy after a concert. 45 mins went by and we had to ask for our pizza our waitress said they had others made but not ours...we were first to order. So she went back and miraculously came back with an all meat pizza you could clearly see was just tossed on top of the pepperoni one and melted cheese on top quickly. It was horrible to say the least. Other than that we have never ever had bad service there. We may consider an alternative next time bar staff was not very helpful but to just the drinkers only."
