"The property looked to be falling apart from the outside and there were a lot of chunks that were missing from stairs and cracking to signal more. The beds, sink and general room were cleaner and had newer things than expected but there was obvious soap residue and shampoo residue in the shower that was cleaned poorly. We came 20 minutes before check-in time and the only clean room was given away to someone without a reservation in the line before us. The front desk people were terrible. The First woman made me wait in line behind 2 people and when it was my turn she helped 5 other people who were in line behind me. She said she was going to be nice and waive the “early fee” even though I was not checked in before check-in time by the time we sat and waited in line then for a room to be clean. But when I needed a new key later, the guy at the desk ignored me for over 20 minutes while helping the person in front of me without finding if my thing was quick. The lobby smelled like way too much lemon Lysol hiding another smell. The hotel had thin walls and I could hear the people yelling outside and the highway until very late at night. "

"Pool was closed due to the season. Hotel was clean. No room service but a restaurant on premises. There was a microwave but every utensil in the room was plastic! Ugh Apparently you need to request house cleaning daily- something they failed to share when I checked in. The staff was friendly and kind. I received no receipt because “I booked through Expedia”. Strange because I book through Expedia all the time and hotels print me receipts. I request late check out and confirmed 4x with the front desk that it was set. Then I received a call the day off to verify if I was staying later than I requested. "
