"The pictures on the website are NOT the same as the actual rooms!!!! I booked two queen rooms for weekend traveling, but we got standard doubles. Other residents were leaving immediately because they found bugs and other creepy crawlers in their rooms. The rooms were clean but not thoroughly clean. Checking in and out were very easy processes though!!! I will not book this hotel again though"

"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"Ok let me start with this i knew this was not going to be a perfect hotel but let's start with this upon arrival the attendant was not very welcoming looked like he was not very happy to be working that day the room we where given smell like cigarettes even though it says no smoking it was very strong smell small couch that looked like it was pick up from the trash and placed there ripped corners in the arm rest looked it was used at a mechanic shop and very worn out the microwave looked like someone did a experiment on it large burn marks on it small roll of toilet paper just enough for the night I guess stairs up to the room looked sketchy as heck area looks bad and feels not very safe beds hard as they can get and extremely tall had to jump to even get on them just not a good experience had to check out early I couldn't stand being there one more night"

"Don't miss the entry drive that it shares with the neighboring Marriott conference center. Otherwise, while it wasn't a high-frills hotel, it was clean and well-cared-for. Best nights' sleep of our week-long trip. Staff were wonderful! Ms. Barbara at the desk was very welcoming and Ms. Michelle took great care to give everyone a nice breakfast and a smile to start our day right! We would stay again."

"While the room itself was impressive, the overall experience was significantly impacted by poor service and miscommunication. Upon arrival, I noticed coffee grounds had been left in the coffee maker. Throughout my weeklong stay, obtaining essential amenities like extra towels and toilet paper from the staff proved challenging. Despite these issues, I still intended to leave a five star review due to an accommodating gesture by the front desk. Because my schedule changed, I requested a late checkout rather than booking an additional night. The attendant graciously approved a 2:00 PM checkout instead of the standard 11:00 AM. However, at 11:00 AM, staff demanded that we vacate the room, stating that late checkouts are reserved exclusively for loyalty members. This sudden reversal created an incredibly stressful situation, forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last minute. If a late checkout was not permitted, it should not have been offered in the first place. Due to this lack of professionalism and consistency, I will not be staying at this location again."
