"The management was rude and unprofessional upon check in. Disclosed room number to other guests in lobby. Argued they were trained in this way. Room was dirty. Stained shower, vanity and sheets. Dirty base boards. Management stated room was cleaned. Air conditioner blew hot air. Barely slept. They should remove “QUALITY “ from their name. Pool looked nice. I did not go in."
