"Expedia said a$50 damage deposit would be charged against my card, but they required $100 in cash - luckily I had it and didn't have to drive around for an ATM in a strange town. I got a receipt and its return on checkout, so I think a communications deficit between the hotel and expedia. Staff was friendly and room was clean, but the bathroom doorknob was coming off and could not shut, plus the drawer pulls were installed INSIDE the drawers instead of outside. I alerted staff, but as it was a weekend, did not see it fixed before I left. Not the worst place I ever stayed, especially for the price, but definitely not the best either."
