"Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. "I was very surprised on how well everything was. Lovely hotel. A great room setup. Quiet and romantic. Amazing views. Awesome jacuzzi and inside pool. Close to everything. Wish there was more restaurants and i wish i won more in gambling other than that i will be coming back. I forgot to use my rewards card but definitely gambled two days. Hope thats enough for some comps. I ate at the 24/7 three times. Thank you for keeping us entertained. "
