Everything was exellent at Ramada by Wyndham. Intelligent, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and economical friendly Resort, close to the town and all areas in Scheveningen. Everything works and was above expectation. Beautiful resort, 5 star rated. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this resort.

Overall it was fine, the room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. After travelling all over the Netherlands I found the staff to be the least friendly and helpful of anywhere I went which was a little disappointing. They were also all very young so maybe that’s why, they haven’t learned how to be hospitable yet.

Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system.
