"For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight.
