"Was disappointing as we were not told the serve supper drovw aroynd for almost and hour to search forbabmealnaunday night to be told they served a meal"

"Disappointing arrival as although we followed the instructions for the airport pickup. It wasn't available, the phone hung up and we had to ring back again before we were told to take a taxi. We were refunded the money but only after asking. The property has everything you need and is well equipped and handy for the airport."

"The ocean view was wonderful from my room. Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send a screenshot of my order to the front desk to alleviate this uncertainty. The staff was happy to confirm my room service orders every time I called them, but I'd typically have to call to follow up on my orders after placing them on the app. Other than that, everything was great! The staff and room service concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property advertises that they have air-conditioning, but they only have air conditioning in the common area is not in the rooms themselves very disappointed. Contacted the front desk. They wouldn't do anything to compensate for the lie."

"We felt like we were in an old elegant country house from another time. Very enjoyable with top notch service. Our dinner was excellent. "

"Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and tea and coffee was available. It had a large bathroom and the shower was excellent. Bottled fresh water was provided every day which we kept cold in the fridge. We had a nice view over the pool with the ocean in the background. However…. I did go around with a screwdriver tightening the door and drawer knobs and some hinges on the cupboard doors. A lightbulb wasn’t working and a USB socket was unusable - obviously these hadn’t been reported to maintenance. "
