"I will say, we got what we paid for, one of the only "affordable" hotels near Disney, but... The beds were awful, if you are a teen or 20-something I'm sure you'll be fine but our bodies are still recovering from 4 nights on those bricks. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work, when I called to report it, they let me know they knew...why no one told us when we checked in, I don't know. We were told specific days housekeeping would be in the room, we don't like housekeeping being in the room when we stay so the night before we always call the front desk to have them skip us, but we got back to the room and found it had already been visited by housekeeping. There was hair all over our room and bathroom when we checked in, the bedside lights are the brightest lights in the room, obnoxiously so. The one table lamp in the room didn't work, and there were gaps in the flooring and some of the pieces were coming up, i can't go barefoot in general but my partners feet got cutup really bad when we discovered the issue. Was it what we expected for the price...mostly yes, but still the front desk staff and the "lack of care" that went into the "remodel" was very obvious. The guy that was there on our last night was great, but everyone else seemed very clear they would rather have been anywhere else."

"This hotel is o ly 1 mile from the parks and downtown Disney. It has plenty of eating places and things to do in walking distance. Only thing that I didn’t like was that we had late check out, and we got walked in on twice during that time. I would book again just for the location alone. "

"Horrible customer service. Upon checking in, I was told that my name wasn't on the list. And that I needed to call Hotels.com. After some research, turns out the guy at the front desk had given out my reservation to a different guest. After 3 hours of back and forth with the hotel's customer service, they were only able to refund me. But visiting out of town and it being 12:15 am, I still needed a room and other hotels weren't available. I had to push but eventually got a new room reservation with only one night discounted. Manuel at the front desk felt bad for his error and did what he could. But Dante was simply rude and short with myself and a couple of other guests who had questions. Aside from an "sorry" there was zero accountability or effort in making the situation right on their end. The hotel may be close to the Honda Center so if you're visiting for that, just stay somewhere else nearby. The cost may be a bit higher. But service will be better. And better rooms"

"This is our favorite place to stay when going to Disneyland. The location just can’t be beat. When you’re tired and your feet are sore after 12+ hours of walking around the parks, being just across from the main entrance is so nice. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean, well maintained, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are fans of the Tropicana!"
