Room was awesome - clean, modern, well-appointed. Restaurant & Casino were also clean and neat. Food was amazing! One issue - we came for the Matt Mathew’s show. When checking in at the box office around 5:15-5:30pm, we didn’t receive our VIP bags - which we bought back in August. When we asked again about them - to two different people, we were told there were none under our names. Disappointed, we attended the show - which was great! We went back out after the shown was over, and asked 3 different staffers about the VIP meet up we paid nearly $200 each for - two staffers knew nothing. The third said “You didn’t get your VIP bag? They gave them out before the show - the meet and greet was. 6pm”. We paid extra and never got to meet the star of the show. 😢. Please educate ALL your staff members regarding special show accommodations, in the future. I’m sure if this hadn’t been our first visit to Talking Stick, we would’ve known who to reach out to for assistance. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be back.

This hotel was really awesome. It was new, clean, amenities were great. Staff was really nice. I wish we had longer to stay there.

Hotel is beautifully designed. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was good and well priced. Pool area was good (sun only comes around in the afternoon and towels were scarce) and fitness centre was well equipped and modern. Location was really good (10 mins walk from the mall and old town). Little bit of noise in the room but nothing too bad.

The rooms are aged and the elevator went out while we were there so had to carry suitcases back down four flights of stairs. The door scanner(1438) was evidently dirty- you had to put the card in numerous times, often many times, to get the door to open. Other members of our party also had multiple problems. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rates are far too high for the property.
