"location is good, room looks good but didn't clean surfaces and mop during the 4 days I was there,also Water was leaking out the shower area, so we had to put towels down to avoid slipping, The TV didn't work: they said it would be fixed, but it only worked on our last night. "I stayed here for my birthday solo trip and had a great experience! The room was the perfect size for one person; any more and it might feel tight. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. I loved the hotel’s modern boho vibe and neutral aesthetic, it felt really nice and worth the price for the area. The location was perfect. It's right in the middle of everything and easy for rideshares to get in and out without heavy traffic. The service really stood out. The front desk made my birthday special by giving me drink vouchers, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. Between the great view, fast elevators, and overall vibe, I’d definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed here several times for a simple, affordable place in midtown. I like the lobby seating areas for eating to go food, proximity to theaters, and friendly staff. Keep in mind in spring/fall that the A/C is only installed May-September, so on a weirdly hot day the room was toasty. Note that if you need a microwave, ice, or tea kettle, they are on the first floor in the bar (non-operating) area."
