"Booked hotel to take shuttle to George Brown convention center for three adults and one child. Unable to ride shuttle due to the five-year-old. Cars were in valet to avoid parking by convention center. We had to take Uber to and from for three days. Very disappointed with restaurant on property food was below standard of fast food. Took order to go for spouse and found a hair in the order. Awaiting for refund. Not worth the cost."

"The Clerk at the front desk was very RUDE . When he spoke to me. I ask for assistance making a phone call and the clerk said the call would not go through. The room was clean, how I could tell was when I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom. Before putting on my flip flops my socks were still white. Don’t know what was going on with the bed every time you sat on it . Or got in the bed to lay down. The bed made a loud sound . Housekeeping came by both days I stayed and asked if my room needed to be cleaned. I informed the staff I did not need their services at the time. I was unable to watch TV . Not sure if I needed to access the WiFi password. For some reason I couldn’t get it to go through. Oh on the morning when checking out I found the was some free breakfast items offered. But would have been to be informed by the RUDE Clerk at the front desk . Upon my arrival that there were some breakfast items were offered in the morning. After I did booked a 3 night stay at this establishment."

"The check in was awesome. We got there a little early and were able to find the front easily due to the addition info provided. It made finding everything super simple. We were greeted by David and Tiffany. They were so sweet and helpful. Tiffany definitely went above and beyond helping us and showing us around and how everything worked. She definitely loves what she does and that was our first impression of the whole place. We got up to the room and it was clean and had everything we’d need for our stay. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and booked again for our next staycation. Highly recommend."
