Powerful shower with a choice of normal or "rain". Good choice at the breakfast buffet with freshly cooked options from the kitchen. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. A special mention to Marina for being extra attentive and caring. "

"I was late getting to room as working at Dorchester, was given room 3. Seemed clean when i walked in. On closer inspection bed and towels were clean, but the room was very dirty. Spoons were dirty, never been washed, skirting was dusty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. I honestly didn’t feel like stopping in the room. It was most probably worst room i have stayed in for years."

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...
