I stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the receptionist named Faiza. She raised her voice in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner when I simply asked for assistance. I also requested help with my luggage, but she claimed that no one was available to assist, which I found unacceptable. This lack of courtesy and support was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expected."
