"In general the poor customer service is what really stood out. From the moment we arrived there was a significant lack of personal touch. The front desk associate was sitting at their console and rather than check us in directed us to e-kiosk to check ourselves in. We were told that there would be no room service and that if we needed coffee pods or anything for our room to contact the front desk. At a minimum it would have been nice to have the sugar, creamer and coffee pods restocked in our room. While my wife completed our check in I used the restroom down the main entrance hall. I was discouraged to find the facilities had so little toilet paper on either roll that I couldn't find the end of the paper. After struggling with it for a few minutes the automatic lights turned off. I had to then get the lights back on and use tissue from the sink. The customer service fail that discouraged me most was at the breakfast. I can understand asking your guests to only go through the line once but when the family with two young kids were denied a second time through to just get them a French toast strip I was just astonished. One strip of French Toast for a toddler? Wow. For a Hotel that says it prides itself on customer service and satisfaction I was left knowing I will go far and wide to find a more customer centered hotel the next time I stay in the Wood River Valley."
"Great experience. Hotel was very nice and staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to restaurants and shops downtown. Definitely recommend if visiting Ketchum. Plan on returning and staying there again in the future."
"Knob Hill is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was inviting with a balcony and seating right outside the door. We had gorgeous Mountain View’s right across the street. Breakfast was made to order and we had the option of a lot of extras. Great lace to stay in Ketchum."
